Up to how many days can I return my products after receipt?
you can return the product up to 10 days after receipt and without any motivation. Nevertheless, we would like to ask you to always state the reason for return. This allows us to keep improving our products and service.
Can I return part of my order?
If you wish to return your order, you are free to return the entire order or only part of the order. You can only return products in the condition in which The Brew Society delivered them to you. Used products are never taken back. It is important that the products are returned in the original and undamaged packaging. Delivery costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned. The return costs are never refunded.
How can I return my order?
Send an e-mail to info@thebrewsociety.be with the subject “Notification of Return with order number…” in which you announce your return. State the order number so that we can guarantee a quick follow-up. All returns or exchanges must be reported in writing to info@thebrewsociety.be. Print the return document and fill in the necessary information. If you want a different size, please specify further.

The costs of returning are always for your own account.
If I do not want a replacement product, how will my products be refunded?
We will complete the refund after we have received your return in good condition and it has been validated. We aim to complete your refund within 30 working days. When you are refunded, we will refund the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the returned goods. Delivery costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned. The return costs are never refunded.
If you would like a refund instead of an exchange, we ask you to include your IBAN & BIC number in your ‘Return Notification’ email. In this way we can proceed faster to process your return when we have received the package.
Can I exchange a product that I bought in The Brew Society shop in Heule via the webshop?
No, only products ordered on the webshop can be exchanged.
Can I track the status of the return?
No, you cannot track the status of the return. So keep proof of the return in case something goes wrong, so that we can help you more quickly.
I asked to cancel my order, but it was shipped anyway. What now?
If you do receive a confirmation email after canceling your order, it is best to wait until your order arrives at home. If you refuse the product at the door, it will automatically be sent back to us. You can also simply return your order.
