What should I do if my package or product was damaged during shipment?
The Brew Society has very carefully selected its shipping partner to minimize the risk of breakage and damage. If you nevertheless have to determine that there are breaks or damage, please inform us within 7 working days via info@thebrewsociety.be so that we can follow up and help you further. 

In order to help you faster, we would like to ask you to include some photos of the damaged product. It is best to send pictures of:

  • The product itself
  • The packaging
  • The box in which the product was delivered

We bear the costs of the return if it appears that the error lies with us. So wait with returning until you have received an answer to your e-mail. For more information you can always consult our general terms and conditions.

I asked to cancel my order, but it was shipped anyway. What now? 
If you do receive a confirmation email after canceling your order, it is best to wait until your order arrives at home. If you refuse the product at the door, it will automatically be sent back to us. You can also simply return your order. The return procedure can be found on the Return and Cancel menu.

How are fragile products packaged? 
We do everything we can to ensure that your glass reaches you in its entirety. To prevent fragile orders from breaking along the way, we continuously try to develop the best possible packaging.

Delivery

What does it cost to have my package delivered if my purchase amount is less than € 75?
The Brew Society delivers your order completely free in Belgium from 75 euros. If your total amount is less than 75 euros, you pay 5.80 euros delivery costs in Belgium.

To which countries can I send my package and what does it cost?
We have chosen to work with standard prices for the different countries, depending on the destination country. In this table you will find the rates per country. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service (+32 56 13 04 05) or info@thebrewsociety.be.

Who will deliver my package?
The Brew Society has selected Bpost as its transport partner. When you place an order, we do our utmost to deliver your package to you as soon as possible if the product you want is in stock.

Packages are delivered to your home or at a collection point. Or can be picked up in our Brew Society shop in Heule. When you are not at home, our courier will leave a note in your letterbox so that you know where to pick up your package. This is possible at the neighbors, but also at one of the collection points.

Can I pick up my package at a collection point?
When you are not at home, your order will automatically be offered to your neighbors and you will receive a note in your letterbox. Are your neighbors not at home? Then you will also receive a note and your products will be delivered to a collection point. The package will be stored there for 14 days, if you do not get it, it will be sent back to us.

Can I track my order?
You contact our customer service (+3256130405) and request a track and trace number. You can find the location of your order on “track and trace” of Bpost.

Can I change the delivery time during or after placing an order?
No, you cannot change your delivery time at the moment.

I have received my order, but it was incomplete or the content is incorrect. What should I do?
